此潭呈不规则椭圆形，潭水清澈，溪石红润，鱼群悠游。逢桃花春汛或夏日涨水，游鱼逐浪飘飞，落英缤纷。丽日斜照或皓月辉映，银光异彩，闪闪烁烁。

In this irregular oval pond there are clear water, red rocks and swimming fish. It got its name because in spring or summer the fish reflects sunlight or moonlight and flickers in the water.
